Carla’s Pasta Raviolis

Two great Carla’s Pasta raviolis have been added to our Fall inspired line up. Mix in your favorite pesto or brown butter to capitalize on these cozy autumn dishes. We are not sure if there is anything more therapeutic than comfort foods, like raviolis, in their full glory made with butternut squash, pumpkin, sweet potato, shrimp or lobster filling. Enjoy these raviolis with sauces of savory caramelized onions, sweet dried cranberries, lemon cream, fresh sage or thyme.

Gorgonzola Walnut Ravioli – #34969  2/2.5 lb

Precooked round egg & sage striped pasta pillow filled with walnuts, gorgonzola, ricotta, parmesan & blue cheeses. Approximately 20 per lb.

Sweet Potato Gnocchi – #35094  4/3 lb

Precooked oval shaped pasta dumpling made with sweet potato, durum flour and ricotta cheese. Approximately 84 per lb.
