As a Night Warehouse Order Picker, you have the ability to control how much you make based on your level of performance. As a new team member, you can earn up to $27.00 per hour in base pay as soon as 30 days of employment.

As a class A trainee, you have the opportunity to begin a career as a Commercial Driver through paid training. On the job training will be conducted with an experienced Training Team using the equipment and routes specific to a Delivery Driver at Ginsberg’s Foods. Training will include everything needed to pass a Class A road test including specific maneuvers such as offset backing, parallel parking, full DOT vehicle inspections, DOT log regulations, road course preparation, coupling and uncoupling and certified Smith System safety training.

The Will Call Associate, under the direction of the Inside Sales Manager, is responsible for creating a positive shopping experience through excellent customer service and a demonstrated passion for food. The Will Call Associate will actively engage and assist customers in choosing the right products to fulfill their need. This position utilizes a variety of mechanized equipment well as physical labor to retrieve product from the warehouse to deliver to the customer via the Will Call Center. The customer service requirements for this position will require high level of integrity when handling customer transactions, company products, equipment, and relationships with vendors, brokers, co-workers and customers. Some Saturday mornings will be necessary when scheduled.
