Incogmeato Burger Handling & Preparation

Thaw under refrigeration in sealed package for approximately 24 hours. 

Charbroiler or Chargrill Prep cleaned oiled charbroiler or chargrill. Temp 600-700°F. Cooked thawed patty approximately 3 minutes per side. Cook until internal temp reaches 160°F. Do not over cook.

Flat Top Grill or Griddle Prep cleaned oiled grill or griddle. Temp 350-360°F. Cooked thawed patty approximately 3 minutes per side. Cook until internal temp reaches 160°F. Do not over cook.

FROM FROZEN If cooking frozen patties, cook approximately 5 minutes per side for a total cook time of 10 minutes.

Arrives frozen. Never refreeze. Thaw single carton in refrigerator for 24 hours. Thaw full case in refrigerator for 4 days.

Shelf Life 3 weeks refrigerated. Keep refrigerated during use.

Usage Shake carton for 10 seconds before opening. Open carton and pour topping as desired

Beverage Building Suggestions

Slushies, Soda or Energy Drink Fill cup with ice. Add 6 oz of drink. Add 2 oz of Soft Whip Topping.  

Root Beer Float Fill cup with ice. Add 6 oz of root beer. Add 2 oz of Soft Whip Topping. 

Watermelon Pops Fill cup with ice. Add 6 oz soda with 1 oz watermelon syrup. Pour on 2 oz Soft Whip Topping. Garnish with Pop Rocks® candy.

Raspberry Hot Chocolate Fill cup with 6 oz hot chocolate and 1 oz raspberry syrup. Pour on 2 oz Soft Whip Topping. Garnish with mini-heart candies.

S’morified Frozen Hot Chocolate Blend and pour frozen hot chocolate in to cup leaving 1 inch for Soft Whip. Pour 2 oz of Soft Whip topping on top. Garnish with shaved chocolate and graham cracker crumbs.

Irish Cold Brew Fill cup with ice. Add 6 oz of cold brew. Top with 2 oz Soft Whip Topping. Garnish with cocoa powder or coffee grinds.

Salted Caramel Iced Macchiato with Sweet Cream Topping Fill cup with ice. Pour in 5 oz milk. Pour 2 oz of Soft Whip on top of milk. Pour 1 shot of espresso through soft whip to create layer. Garnish with salted caramel syrup.

Oreo Cold Brew Fill cup with ice. Fill with 9 oz of iced coffee or cold brew. Pour on 2 oz of Soft Whip. Garnish with Oreo® crumbles and a cherry.

Caramel Apple Cider Fill cup with 6 oz of apple cider & 1 oz caramel syrup. Pour on 2 oz Soft Whipping. Garnish with cinnamon powder.

Moscow Mule Fill cup with ice. Add 1 oz vodka. Stir in 1/3 oz lime juice. Fill with ginger beer to 2 inches below rim. Pour on 2 oz of Soft Whipping. Garnish with mint leaf and lime.

Creamy Whisky Sour Fill cocktail shaker with ice, 1.5 oz. bourbon, ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice, ¾ oz. simple syrup, and shake vigorously. Strain cocktail in to glass filled with ice. Top with 2 oz of Soft Whip Topping. Garnish with citrus slice.

1 tbsp Parsley, dry
1/2 tsp Basil, fresh, minced
1/2 tsp Tarragon, minced
1/2 tsp Oregano, minced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper, table grind

Red Wine Vinegar Caesar Vinaigrette

2 cups Ken’s Table Side Caesar Dressing
1/2 cup Red onion, minced
1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
1 tbsp Parsley, dry
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper, table grind
1 cup Red wine vinegar

Italian Herb Mayonnaise

2 cups Ken’s Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Italian Herb Blend
2 tbsp Garlic, chopped
1/4 cup White vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper, table grind

Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Ranch

3 cups Ken’s Creamy Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
1 cup sun-dried tomato pesto

Red Thai Curry Blue Cheese

2 cups Ken’s Chunky Bleu Cheese Dressing
5 tbsp Red Thai curry paste
1/4 tsp Black pepper, table grind
1 tbsp Parsley, dry

Apple Bacon Blue Cheese Dressing

2 cups Ken’s Chunky Bleu Cheese Dressing 
1/2 cup Bacon, cooked, chopped
1/4 cup Bacon fat, room temp not solid
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Apple sauce, prepared
5 1/2 tbsp Granny Smith apple, shredded
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper, table grind
