Andretti RHR Turkey Club
Ingredients
  • 1/2cup mayonnaise
  • 2Tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2Slices Thick multigrain bread
  • 1Tbsp butter, softened
  • 1Tbsp spicy honey mustard
  • 1/3cup shredded lettuce
  • 2Slices Thin tomato
  • 1Slice thin slice red onion
  • 2Slices BUTTERBALLĀ® Turkey Bacon, cooked, drained
  • 4Oz thinly sliced BUTTERBALLĀ® Deli Turkey
  • 4Sliced thin slices peeled avocado
  • 2Tbsp kale sprouts
  • 1Tbsp sriracha mayo
Instructions
  1. For Sriracha Mayo, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before using to allow flavors to blend.
  2. For the Turkey Club, spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Toast, butter side down, until top of bread is medium golden brown. Spread spicy honey mustard on unbuttered side of bread. Then layer with lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon, deli turkey, avocado slices and sprouts.
  3. Spread Sriracha Mayo over unbuttered side of second slice of bread. Place sriracha side down over sprouts. (Refrigerate remaining Sriracha Mayo for up to 1 week.)
  4. Cut sandwich diagonally in half to serve.
