Apricot Honey Sesame Wings

FRANK’S RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce

apricot jam
1/4
cup
honey

Tbsp. Sesame oil

lbs. chicken wings
split and tips discarded [or wingettes ]

Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
COMBINE Frank’s RedHot Sauce, jam, honey, and sesame oil; set aside.
DEEP FRY* wings at 375°F (HIGH) for 12 min. or until cooked and crispy; drain.
TOSS hot wings in jam mixture. Place on serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
