Burgers with Wing Sauce and Blue Cheese
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine beef with 2 tbsp wing sauce and salt. Gently hand-mix and form 1-inch thick patties. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper.
  2. Place patties on hot grill or grill pan for 5 minutes each side, brushing with additional wing sauce on cooked side of burger.
  3. Top with cheese and cook, covered, 1-2 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  4. Toast buns on grill for a few minutes to warm.
  5. Generously spread Marie’s Super Blue Cheese dressing on both sides of toasted buns. Layer spinach, onion strings and burger between buns.
