Burgers with Wing Sauce and Blue Cheese
ground sirloin beef
favorite wing sauce
Fresh ground pepper
of blue cheese
fried onion strings
baby spinach leaves
large hamburger buns
Marie’s Super Blue Cheese dressing
In a large mixing bowl, combine beef with 2 tbsp wing sauce and salt. Gently hand-mix and form 1-inch thick patties. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper.
Place patties on hot grill or grill pan for 5 minutes each side, brushing with additional wing sauce on cooked side of burger.
Top with cheese and cook, covered, 1-2 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Toast buns on grill for a few minutes to warm.
Generously spread Marie’s Super Blue Cheese dressing on both sides of toasted buns. Layer spinach, onion strings and burger between buns.
