Cheeseburger with Grilled Artichokes
Ingredients
Dijon Mayonnaise
  • 1Cup Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise Gallon Real 1 gallon
  • 4Tbsp Dijon mustard
Prepare the Burger
  • 10 each Ground beef patties
  • 10 each Kaiser rolls
  • 2.75 cups Pecorino Cheese
  • 1.25 cups Dijon Mayonnaiseprepared
  • 4.75 cups Baby spinachroughly chopped
  • 1.50 cups Green onionsgrilled
  • 1.75 cups Artichoke Heartsgrilled
Instructions
Dijon Mayonnaise
  1. Combine ingredients. Reserve.
Prepare the Burger
  1. Cook patty to desired doneness and melt cheese on top.
  2. Spread Dijon Mayonnaise on roll.
  3. Add the patty with melted cheese.
  4. Add the baby spinach, green onions and artichoke hearts.
