Empire State Bagel
Ingredients
EMPIRE STATE BAGEL
  • 4½–5oz Butterball Smoked Turkey Breastsliced
  • 2slices Turkey Baconcrisp
  • 1ea Bageltoasted, warm
  • cup Watercress Cream Cheese
  • 1slice romaine lettuce
  • 2slices Tomato3/16-inch thick
  • 3ea Red onion rings
  • salt and pepperto taste
  • ¼cup Microgreens
WATERCRESS CREAM CHEESE
  • 1cup Fresh watercresschopped
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 2tsp White Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
TO PREPARE THE EMPIRE STATE BAGEL:
  1. Toast the bagel to a golden brown.
On the bottom half of the bagel, spread 1/6 cup of Watercress Cream Cheese, then assemble ingredients in the following order:
  1. Romaine lettuce
  2. Tomato slices
  3. Cooked bacon slices
  4. Smoked turkey breast
  5. Red onion rings
  6. Salt and pepper
  7. Microgreens
  8. Spread 1/6 cup of Watercress Cream Cheese on the remaining half of the bagel. Top the sandwich with the bagel crown, cut in half (optional) and serve.
TO PREPARE THE WATERCRESS CREAM CHEESE:
  1. Combine the ingredients and blend well (best when blended in a mixer).
