Greek Goddess Pasta Salad
Ingredients
  • 2lbs Butterball Roast Turkey3/4-inch diced
  • 12oz gemelli pastaprepared
  • 1lb asparaguscut into 1/2-inch pieces, blanched and chilled
  • 8oz haricot vertscut into 1/2-inch pieces, blanched and chilled
  • 1 Granny Smith Applefinely diced
  • 2cups Green Goddess Dressing
  • 1/2cup toasted pine nuts
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients except pine nuts. Plate and garnish with a sprinkling of nuts.
