Ingredients
  • 6fl oz Ken’s Green Goddess Dressing
  • 1lb ground chicken breast
  • 1/2cup Mixed fresh herbstarragon, parsley, chives. finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp garlicminced
  • 1tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/3 tsp kosher salt
  • 6 slices Tomato
  • 6slices Avocado
  • 6leaves Baby spinach
  • 6buns pretzel sliders
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl combine the ground chicken, minced herbs, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt. Mix together well.
  2. Shape the mixture into 3″ patties.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Grill sliders for 5-6 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Place spinach, tomato, and patty on pretzel bun.
  6. Top with avocado and Ken’s Green Goddess Dressing
