Ingredients
  • 5 lb box Pillsbury Professional Sweet Pancake Mix
  • 1/4cup Matcha tea powder
  • 11cups watercool approx. 72°F
Instructions
  1. Whisk together pancake mix and matcha tea powder in mixing bowl; add water and whisk until mostly smooth.
  2. Deposit 1.5 oz batter onto griddle preheated to 375°F.
  3. Cook 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until puffed and edges begin to dry, turning only once; serve 3 warm pancakes per portion.
Tip
  1. Top pancakes with a drizzle or dollop of matcha honey butter (butter, honey, matcha powder) if desired. Note nutrition information may change.
