Neptune’s Screwy Pasta Salad
Ingredients
  • 12oz imitation crab meat
  • 1/2 red bell peppercut into julienne
  • 1/2 yellow bell peppercut into julienne
  • 1/2 green bell peppercut into julienne
  • 1/4cup diced red onion
  • 1cup Marie’s Creamy Caesar dressing
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and cool.
  2. Combine pasta, crab, bell peppers, onion and Marie’s Creamy Caesar dressing; toss gently to coat with dressing.
  3. Serving suggestion: Serve salad in butter lettuce leaf “cups.”
