Piccata Wings With Shredded Parmesan and Capers

Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Lemon juice
Fresh Squeezed

Capers
Drained

Parmesan cheese
Shredded

Italian Parsley
Julienne
Instructions
Using a large mixing bowl mix the garlic parmesan wing sauce, lemon juice and capers and set aside.
Fry the wings and toss with the sauce.
Place on a decorative plate of bowl and garnish with the parmesan cheese, lemon zest and parsley.
Serve.
