Cook meatless meatballs according to package oven or microwave directions.
Meanwhile, melt butter over medium-high heat in large skillet and cook shredded carrots and snow peas, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until just tender. Add in prepared veggie spiralized pasta and toss to combine. Remove from skillet to serving platter and keep warm.
In same skillet add teriyaki sauce and bring to just a simmer. Add prepared meatless meatballs and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
To serve, top pasta with meatless meatballs and sauce from skillet. Sprinkle with green onions.
