Smoky Loaded Chicken Potato Chips
Ingredients
  • 2lb Potato chipskettle-style, prepared
  • .75lb Smoked Gouda cheeseshredded
  • 1.5lb Smoked chickensliced or shredded
Smoky Gravy
  • 1qt Knorr Instant Brown Gravy
  • Smoked saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Smoked paprikato taste
  • Chiveschopped, to taste
Instructions
  1. Prepare The Dish
  2. Yield: 10 (8.5 oz.) servings | Prep Time: 3 minutes
  3. Top (3 oz.) chips with (1 oz.) cheese and place under salamander or in hot oven until melted.
  4. Add (2.5 oz.) warm chicken and (3 oz. ladle) smoky gravy.
  5. Garnish with chives and serve immediately.

  8. Season Instant Brown Gravy to taste with salt, paprika and black pepper; reserve warm.
