Steakhouse Blue Cheese Flatbread
Ingredients
  • dough Flatbread12″ round
  • 4Tbsp Ken’s Thick & Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 2 oz Mozzarella cheesegrated
  • 6large Mushroomssliced
  • 6filets Campari tomato
  • 1Tbsp Balsamic fig glaze
  • 1Tbsp Spinachchiffonade
  • 1Tbsp blue cheese crumbles
  • 4oz sirloin steakseasoned and grilled medium rare
Instructions
  1. Spread 3 tbsp of Ken’s Chunky Bleu Cheese Dressing evenly over flatbread dough and top with mozzarella cheese, mushroom and campari tomato.
  2. Place flatbread in 500°F oven until crust browns.
  3. Remove flatbread from oven.
  4. Slice steak and place on flatbread, top with drops of remaining bleu cheese dressing.
  5. Drizzle with a balsamic fig glaze
  6. Sprinkle with spinach, bleu cheese crumbles, slice and serve.
