Steakhouse Blue Cheese Flatbread

Ken’s Thick & Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing

Mozzarella cheese

Campari tomato

Balsamic fig glaze

Spinach
chiffonade

blue cheese crumbles

sirloin steak
seasoned and grilled medium rare
Instructions
Spread 3 tbsp of Ken’s Chunky Bleu Cheese Dressing evenly over flatbread dough and top with mozzarella cheese, mushroom and campari tomato.
Place flatbread in 500°F oven until crust browns.
Remove flatbread from oven.
Slice steak and place on flatbread, top with drops of remaining bleu cheese dressing.
Drizzle with a balsamic fig glaze
Sprinkle with spinach, bleu cheese crumbles, slice and serve.
