Deep fry soft pretzel fries at 350° F for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown & crispy; toss with truffle oil.
Dijon Aioli
Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, truffle oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve soft pretzel fries with Parmesan cheese and chives. Serve with aioli sauce for dipping.

Preheat oven 425° and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown & crispy. When tossing soft pretzel fries with truffle oil, sprinkle with 1 tbsp of finely chopped fresh thyme.
