Winning White Bean & Tuna Wrap
Ingredients
  • 1.25cup Quinoaprepared
  • 1cup Tunacanned
  • 1.25cup Cannellini Beansdrained and rinsed
  • .50ea Red Oniondiced
  • .50cup Cucumberdiced
  • 1ea Tomatodiced
  • 1oz Lemon juicedfresh
  • 1oz Olive oil 1 oz
  • Mintfresh, chopped
  • 1cup Balsamic Hellmann’s Mayonnaiseprepared
  • 5oz Arugula
  • 10ea Wrapsgluten-free
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Wrap
  2. Combine quinoa, tuna, cannellini, red onion. cucumber and tomato. Set aside.
  3. Combine lemon juice, olive oil and mint. Whisk well to combine. Drizzle over tuna mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Build wraps with Balsamic Mayonnaise (sub recipe below), tuna salad and arugula. Serve immediately.
  5. Prepare the Balsamic Mayonnaise
  6. Combine Hellmann’s®/Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise and balsamic vinegar and reserve.
