Prepare the Burger
  • 10 each Ground beef patties
  • 10 each Kaiser rolls
  • 2.75 cups Pecorino Cheese
  • 1.25 cups Dijon Mayonnaise
  • 4.75 cups Baby spinach
  • 1.50 cups Green onions
  • 1.75 cups Artichoke Hearts

  1. Combine ingredients. Reserve.
Prepare the Burger
  1. Cook patty to desired doneness and melt cheese on top.
  2. Spread Dijon Mayonnaise on roll.
  3. Add the patty with melted cheese.
  4. Add the baby spinach, green onions and artichoke hearts.
