Instructions

Add poutine gravy and maple syrup together and mix until well incorporated. Hold warm for service.
Place prepared sweet potato fries on plate. Ladle half of maple poutine gravy and top with cheese curds and bacon pieces. Finish the plate with the other half of the gravy and scallions. Serve immediately.
