• Four 5.3 oz Schweid & Sons Signature Series: The Chuck Brisket Burger
• 8 Tbsp Pub cheese
• 2 Yellow onions, thinly sliced
• 4 Pretzel bun

 

Directions

 

  1. Sautée Yellow Onion over low heat for at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Continue sautéing until onions become caramelized and appear semi-translucent. Set aside.
  2. Cook Burger to order (4-5 minutes per side on high heat for Medium Rare).
  3. Build Your Burger: Bottom Bun, Burger, Caramelized Onions, Pub Cheese, Top Bun. Enjoy!
