Cheeseboard Perfection

Creating Cheese Board Perfection

The old saying something old, something stinky, something blue and something new perfectly describes how to make an epic cheese board.

Cheeseboards have become a staple for any quick gathering event or party with friends and family.  A good rule of thumb is to pick out 3-4 cheeses from a variety of different families. You’ll want to serve about 3-4 ounces of cheese, 1 to 2 tablespoons nuts, 1 to 2 tablespoons condiments, 4 pieces of fruit, 4 to 6 vegetables, 1 to 2 ounces of meat per guest. Curious what cheeses chefs have in their fridge?
