An Update from Ginsberg’s Foods Leadership Team

We are in this “new normal” together. Even as every day brings new changes and challenges for all of us, we know by working together we can overcome obstacles because the foodservice industry is resilient and can adapt.

While we’ve mentioned this before it’s worthy of repeating, the wellbeing and safety of our team members and customers remains at the forefront of our minds. We have implemented safety guidelines for our staff, including where we work and how we connect with you, in an effort to protect you and our staff.

  • Sales Representatives and Drivers have been directed to limit the number of individuals they are in contact with at customer locations and maintain good social distancing (minimum of 6 ft) and practice recommended hygiene
  • Many office staff are working remotely to limit contact with co-workers
  • Our Will Call vestibule has been limited to one customer at a time and our associates are not loading vehicles
  • Warehouse, product selection equipment, and trucks are being cleaned in accordance with recommended guidelines
  • Enhanced sanitation processes have been implemented throughout our office area, with cleaning performed multiple times throughout the course of the day

What hasn’t change is our commitment to our customers and your future; it remains unwavering. Find confidence knowing we’ll continue to:

  • be open normal business hours
  • deliver to your business location
  • provide access to dedicated sales professionals that can provide resources on how to build takeout offerings
  • offer over 8,000 items including fresh seafood, dairy, produce and paper products
  • update our dedicated COVID-19 webpage with pertinent resources and information
  • update our dedicated webpage of businesses offering takeout or delivery
  • find and share business tools and information on our social media outlets
  • have our Will Call open to our wholesale customers and the general public
  • offer automated order placement, truck location and bill payment
