As many of you already know, family is everything to me. I enjoy the time we spend together, the fun, the laughter, and of course, the cooking! And most of all, I LOVE when my family grows. That’s why I am SO excited to announce that I have NEW family members: Louis Kemp and the team at Trident Seafoods!

We met at a recent event at the Culinary Institute of America, and needless to say, we fell in love!

I’ve been using Louis Kemp products for years to feed my family and friends, and I’m truly honored to play a role in helping to grow the Louis Kemp (and Trident Seafood) brands. Best of all, I had the opportunity recently to create new recipes using delicious Louis Kemp’s Crab Delights that I really think you’ll love!
