  • 1 Cup Hellmann's® Mayonnaise Gallon Real 1 gallon
  • 4 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Prepare the Burger
  • 10 each Ground beef patties
  • 10 each Kaiser rolls
  • 2.75 cups Pecorino Cheese
  • 1.25 cups Dijon Mayonnaise prepared
  • 4.75 cups Baby spinach roughly chopped
  • 1.50 cups Green onions grilled
  • 1.75 cups Artichoke Hearts grilled

Instructions
Dijon Mayonnaise
  1. Combine ingredients. Reserve.
Prepare the Burger
  1. Cook patty to desired doneness and melt cheese on top.
  2. Spread Dijon Mayonnaise on roll.
  3. Add the patty with melted cheese.
  4. Add the baby spinach, green onions and artichoke hearts.
