• 1 cup Green onions diced
• ¼ cup Italian parsley chopped
• ¼ cup Sun-dried tomatoes chopped
• ¾ cup Mozzarella shredded
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
• ¼ tsp Salt
• ¼ tsp Black pepper
• 10 Eggs, lightly beaten
• Sprinkle Parmesan cheese for each slice, grated
