Filling
• one 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar<
• 3 Tbsp King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
• 1 large egg, at room temperature, lightly beaten
• 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/8 teaspoon Fiori di Sicilia, or lemon oil
Icing
• 2 cups confectioners’sugar
• pinch of salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 to 3 Tbsp milk, enough to make a thick but pourable glaze
Garnish
• yellow, purple, and green fine sparkling sugars
• candied red cherries, optional
