• Canola oil (or whatever oil you’ve got any will do), for oiling pumpkin

• 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
• 2/3 cup Cold unsalted butter cut into 1/2 inch pieces, 11 Tbsp

• Pillsbury, Red package, refrigeration section of the supermarket, fresh is best unless you’re stressed
FILLING
•1 can Sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz
• 1/2 cup Heavy cream
• 3 large Eggs
• 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
• 2 Tbsp Molasses
• 2 Tbsp Canola oil or whatever oil you’ve got
• 1 Tbsp Ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp Ground ginger
• 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
