What is Polylactic Acid (PLA) or CPLA?
Compostable bioplastic derived from plant sugars. Glucose is extracted from milled corn. It is then fermented to produce lactic acid, which is processed into a polymer and made into pellets. PLA is used in our clear products like cold cups and deli containers, and to line our board-based products. CPLA is crystallised PLA, used when more heat resistance is needed, like with our lids and cutlery.

What is Oat Milk?
Planet Oat is the #1 brand of oatmilk and it all starts with oats and water. Enzymes are then added in order to break down some of the oat starch. This gives the oatmilk a creamy texture and light sweetness. The excess solids are then strained out and then oats are blended with vitamins, minerals, flavors and other ingredients to create a smooth, delicious beverage.
