Smoky Loaded Chicken Potato Chips

Ingredients

 

• 2 lb Potato chips kettle-style, prepared
• 3/4 lb Smoked gouda cheese, shredded
• 1 1/2 lb Smoked chicken sliced or shredded

 

SMOKY GRAVY

• 1 qt Knorr Instant Brown Gravy
• Smoked salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• Smoked paprika to taste
• Chives chopped, to taste

Directions

 

PREPARE DISH

  1. Top (3 oz.) chips with (1 oz.) cheese and place under salamander or in hot oven until melted.
  2. Add (2.5 oz.) warm chicken and (3 oz. ladle) smoky gravy.
  3. Garnish with chives and serve immediately.

PREPARE SMOKY GRAVY

  1. Season Instant Brown Gravy to taste with salt, paprika and black pepper.
  2. Re-serve warm.
