Instructions
  1. Spread 3 tbsp of Ken's Chunky Bleu Cheese Dressing evenly over flatbread dough and top with mozzarella cheese, mushroom and campari tomato.
  2. Place flatbread in 500°F oven until crust browns.
  3. Remove flatbread from oven.
  4. Slice steak and place on flatbread, top with drops of remaining bleu cheese dressing.
  5. Drizzle with a balsamic fig glaze
  6. Sprinkle with spinach, bleu cheese crumbles, slice and serve.
